Since its establishment in Bunroku 3rd year (year 1594) in front of the current Nishi-Honganji Temple, we have continued to produce fragrances for ceremonial occasions and everyday life as a medicine merchant serving Honganji Temple. The Teramachi store opened in April 2022 with the concept of ``customizing'' scents. We offer a selection of incense that you can mix and match to your preference, as well as workshops where you can blend your own unique fragrance sachets. We will continue to offer fragrances that blend in with modern life, while cherishing the traditional scents that only a long-established incense store can offer.
